How Does It Work?

The idea of valet trash collection is a very elegant concept that many communities enjoy.

Based on the collection days that you select, your residents simply need to set their bagged and tied trash bag directly outside their door by 6PM CST, and we will come along and collect it! We will then dispose of the trash in the community bulk trash bins to allow for the city to collect.

We will also do a courtesy inspection of the areas around your community bins to ensure debris and other hazards are not left behind.

Each collection is documented and photographed for your review so you can be sure that your collections are being completed on time, every time.

For your residents’ privacy, we do not take the collections off site, and we do not open the bags. Anything that is discarded by your residents remains on site in the appropriate bins until city collection.

The nice thing is that you can either choose to absorb the cost of the service and offer it to your residents cost-free, or you can build the cost into your lease agreements and increase your property’s NOI.
